The purpose of the Back to Basics classes is to gradually work through a wide variety of quilting / patchwork techniques - using machine and hand sewing techniques. These techniques are taught using a small project that allows for ease of completion. In addition to this the projects are finished using traditional quilt finishing techniques to further broaden the skills covered in the class.
 
The benefits of these classes is that the student learns many techniques including those required to finish a quilt without having to commit to a large project.
 
The classes are designed for those new to quilting and patchwork or to a more experienced quilter who might like to learn a new skill or improve their techniques.

English paper piecing
Hand quilting
Binding
Basting 
 
Class fee covers your tuition & a light morning tea. All materials are in addition to the class fee.
