Bernina-branded sewing machine needles are actually manufactured by Schmetz and repackaged. Standard Schmetz needles ( system 130/705 H) are fully compatible with domestic Bernina machines. 
 
Suitable for: All fabrics as they are universal needles
 
Use for: Top Stitching where two stitch lines are required. 
 
Needle size: 70/1.6, 80/2.0, 80/2.5, 80/4,0, 100/6,0 - the second number indicates the width between the two needles in mm.
