This lovely project features a kuguri-sashi (woven sashiko) hydrangea pattern over yarn dyed, 100% cotton fabric. The pattern and the marks are printed using water-soluble ink and can be washed away after the bag complete. 

The entire cloth measures about 13 3/4 inches x 25 5/8 inches (35cm x 45 cm) and the finished size of the bag is approximately 7 1/8 inches (18 cm) wide x 7 1/8 inches (18 cm) high x 2 3/4inches (7 cm) deep.

set of 8 metal koki in a dark silver color
waxed cotton cord * the color of this cord varies from kit to kit
card of variegated sashiko thread in taupe hues
1 - bundle of sashiko thread in a navy blue color
1 - bundle of sashiko thread in a burgundy wine hue
 
To complete the project you will need lining fabric, stuffing (for drawstring ends), pliers and either machine or hand sewing supplies.
